During the gold Rush of 1988, the owners of Braemar Construction made the budding community of Elko their home. Since that time Howard Schmidt, Dusty Shipp and the team at Braemar have worked hard to build beautiful, functional spaces for the families and businesses of Northern Nevada.
With decades of experience, our Commercial Division brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Our team comprises seasoned professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers, and skilled tradespeople dedicated to excellence.
